Purchase Order

A purchase order is required for all merchandise and sample orders. Please fax your purchase order to factory. Purchase orders are confirmed via faxed Sales Order Confirmation. Sales Order Confirmations must be carefully reviewed, signed, and faxed back to Factory to proceed. Pre-production item proofs or samples can be purchased prior to production to confirm product colors & specifications-See PROOFS section.

Production Time

Normal production time is approximately 7-10 working days after approval of Paper Proof and receipt of all necesarry paper work. Ceramic/Glass production is 10 working days. Debossing production time is approximately 15 working days. Production time will begin after written approval of Paper Proof (or Item Proof ) and payment terms. Rush Orders: 3-DAY Rush Program available on most items-see below for details.

 

 

Generally Add 20% to catalog quantity price for 3 Day Rush Service.   Rush applies to one color/one location orders of normal catalog quantities based on current stock availability. Not all products on this website or in our catalog are available for rush service. Must verify stock availability and rush eligibility at time of purchase. 3-Day Rush not available for Photodial or  Debossing (except re-orders).

• Purchase Order & approved artwork must be received by 12:00 PM EST.
• Purchase Order must clearly indicate 3-DAY RUSH service and be priced according-verify receipt.
• Approved artwork (see ARTWORK) must be sent to rushart@hurricaneline.com w/PO# referenced in subject line. Fax hardcopy of art with PO.
• Production time begins the next business day after receipt of purchase order, approved artwork and approved paper-proof/item proof and approved payment terms.

ARTWORK

The quality of your imprint depends largely on the quality of the artwork received.  We generally require clean black and white, color separated art ; 4 color processes such as photodial or full color dome processes require full color high resolution artwork.  Poor or unusable art will delay the order process.  We accept PC formatted VECTOR files including- .ai, eps, .cdr, .pdf, and high res .tif files.  Typesetting: no charge for straight-line type if font specified is available. Art Charges will be incurred at $40(V) per hour to render artwork usable. We will request approval for all charges estimated to exceed $40(V).

E-mail art only to art@hurricaneline.com (rushart@hurricaneline.com for 3-DAY RUSH program orders) & reference PO# in subject line; also include hard copy of art with faxed-in Purchase Order.

PAD IMPRINT

Set Up Charge-$50(V) w/black and white camera ready artwork per color and location. PMS Matching-$25(V)- results are approximate & exact match cannot be guaranteed. Color Change: $20(V). Additional Run Charge-refer to individual pages & Minimum Imprint Quantity section for applicable charges and minimum quantities. Re-Order Set Up Charge- $25(V) per color/location.

LASER ENGRAVE

Set Up Charge-$60(V) w/black and white camera ready artwork per logo and location.  Refer to individual pages for extra run charges. Re-order Set Up Charge-$25(V) per location.

Oxidation is a chemical process that turns certain engraved metal surfaces gray/black for better logo visibility. Oxidation results may vary.  Optional Oxidation run charge $0.40(V)/location for pens.

PERSONALIZATION

Personalization is available on engraved pens, key chains, and card holders- Add $1.50(V) run charge and $60(V) Set Up Charge. E-mail .txt text file to art@hurricaneline.com Absolute minimum for personalization 25 pcs- Add $40(V).  For other personalized items, contact factory.

PHOTO DIAL PROCESS

Set Up Charge- $60(V) w/ full color (not separated) clean camera ready artwork.  Applicable to watches and mini clocks as indicated. Re-order Set Up Charge $30(V).

MINIMUM IMPRINT QUANTITIES

All catalog imprint quantities apply per copy/logo/size. Under minimum charge varies per product/logo/color/location. Please see individual item information online or appropriate catalog page. Absolute minimum quantities should be indicated on each catalog page/Item page.  Also, Minimum quantities for multi-color/location imprints are indicated on each catalog page; add $40(V)/color/location for absolute minimum of 100 pcs multi-color imprint-unless item minimums otherwise indicated or item information otherwise indicates. Call Factory with any questions.

PROOFS:

Paper Proofs: The first paper proof is FREE- Add $10(V) for subsequent proofs due to customer revisions; Paper Proofs may not be available for Rush Orders and special promotions. 

Item Proofs:  EQP cost of item plus full set up charge(s) as applicable.  If an order is secured, simply add $20(V) discounted re-set up charge(s) to process. Additional time must be available to produce an Item Proof.

OVER/UNDER-RUNS

Exact quantities ordered are usually shipped but not guaranteed; we reserve the right to ship and bill 5% over/under. 

Note: Certain products Made in the USA will generally have overruns unless exact  quantity charge is paid- see individual product listings for details.

SHIPPING

Most products are FOB South Florida, however please see individual product information for FOB Shipping points ; Drop Shipments: 1st location -No Charge; Split Shipments: $6.50(V) for the second and subsequent destinations. Foreign Shipping:  Factory will not ship to foreign countries using its shipping accounts.  Please provide paperwork(Customs Invoice) and completed labels either pre-printed or e-mailed by the distributor and supplied to factory before the agreed upon shipping date. Factory is not responsible for freight charges or customs or duties as well as any delays or issues for foreign shipments.  Any foreign shipments from factory without labels provided will be done as a courtesey and at no charge but we do not guarante foreign shipment paper work etc.; U.S. Postal handling charge- add $10/shipment.
Any fees subsequently charged back by carriers will be billed on a separate invoice.  Note: Case packs and weights are approximate and subject to change.

UNIMPRINTED MERCHANDISE & SAMPLES

Charged at end quantity pricing plus freight.

PRICES

Prices in our catalog are effective as of date of publication, however, any changes, higher or lower, will be shown on our website www.hurricaneline.com and these prices will prevail.

BATTERY COSTS

"AA"- $0.25(V) ea.; “AAA”-  $0.40(V) ea.. Batteries are dropped into gift boxes at no additional charge.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation charge:$25 plus all costs incurred until the time of cancellation. Cancellations must be in writing and followed up by oral confirmation with factory.

DOME 4 COLOR PROCESS

Dome Set-Up Charge: $50(V)/design with full color camera ready high resolution artwork. Vector artwork preferred.  See Individual products for details. Re-order set up generally $40(v)/design.

Ceramic & Glassware

Due to inherent properties of both ceramic and glass promotional items, small imperfections or irregularities in the surface will occur and are not considered defects. Variations in glaze and ink, firing temperatures, materials, etc... will effect final imprint color and appearence. Size and color variations from batch to batch will occur as well and must be considered acceptable. Liquid capacity of all drinkware is approximate and cannot be guaranteed. PMS Matching on Multicolor Imprints for Ceramics and Glassware are not Guaranteed; PMS Matching Charge $25(V).

CLAIMS

Factory cannot be held responsible for any delay, loss, or damage in transit; contact carrier directly and immediately for claims of these natures.  All other claims must be submitted in writing within 15 days of receipt of order. Defective imprinted merchandise will be repaired and may be replaced by same or similar merchandise with no imprint.  Factory cannot repair or replace merchandise unless product is unused and available for return. A Return Authorization Number must be received prior to the return of any goods.

All logos are the property of their respective companies. We assume no responsibility for determining trademark's ownership; All liability of this nature rests solely with the customer.  Logos in our catalog or on our website are for demonstration only.  Catalog photography may not show true item colors due to lighting and printing process.  Prices and specifications are subject to change.
