Production Time
Normal production time is approximately 7-10 working days after approval of Paper Proof and receipt of all necesarry paper work. Ceramic/Glass production is 10 working days. Debossing production time is approximately 15 working days. Production time will begin after written approval of Paper Proof (or Item Proof ) and payment terms. Rush Orders: 3-DAY Rush Program available on most items-see below for details.
Generally Add 20% to catalog quantity price for 3 Day Rush Service. Rush applies to one color/one location orders of normal catalog quantities based on current stock availability. Not all products on this website or in our catalog are available for rush service. Must verify stock availability and rush eligibility at time of purchase. 3-Day Rush not available for Photodial or Debossing (except re-orders).
- Purchase Order & approved artwork must be received by 12:00 PM EST.
- Purchase Order must clearly indicate 3-DAY RUSH service and be priced according-verify receipt.
- Approved artwork (see ARTWORK) must be sent to rushart@hurricaneline.com w/PO# referenced in subject line. Fax hardcopy of art with PO.
- Production time begins the next business day after receipt of purchase order, approved artwork and approved paper-proof/item proof and approved payment terms.
